I just wish mine liked the same things I do! Grrr. My 8yo boy is &#39;too old&#39; for me to sew anything other than jammie pants and robes. My 6yo girl, wants everything to have sparkles - LOTS of sparkles. My 2yo wants knits and if you can add elmo to it somewhere, it will be a hit. All of them agree - if it doesn&#39;t feel just right, they won&#39;t wear it. My daughter is super picky about how things &quot;feel&quot; on her. She has a little tummy so it doesn&#39;t help either. She prefers dresses over everything, and this looks like a pattern she would wear. I am so thankful that I am able to sew now so I can &quot;make to order&quot; clothes for her. As far as what I look for, I like things that don&#39;t add extra bulk to the tummy area and she just prefers it not to be tight.
