ReplyDeleteHee, there's me! Thank you for using my pic even though it is by far the most poor quality shot, ha ha! I understand wanting to finish your Rocky Coast Cardi, I was the same! Now it's my Breezy Cardigan I can't put down, LOL ...
ReplyDeleteThe favorite thing I made happens to be the one you posted, the Cabled Chapeau ... I had been dying to make a brimmed hat for SO long. Thanks again for hosting another great KAL ladies <3
And omigosh, what great prizes!!! Good luck to all :D
Those are some seriously great prizes to go with a seriously great knit-a-long. It definitely added to my TBK (to be knit) list rather than decreased it. Even your list of prizes added to my list; I LOVE those star-crossed mitts!
ReplyDeleteThanks to both you ladies for hosting another great KAL.
hey those are my mis-matched mitts! glad you like them enough to show off :) they are a wonderful cheery pop of colour in a dreary winter.
ReplyDeletethanks to the ladies of the KAL who encouraged me to try the magic loop again... i was doing the whole thing wrong the 1st time. now i finally understand it. i will never use DPN's again!
i still haven't finished my lovisia mitts yet - only got one done but i spent a lot of time sewing this month... which is why i think Shannon you should add a Rav group for kntters who also love to sew :)
for those who like a litte extra planning time you gonna give us any hints about the next KAL?
Thanks for hosting another great KAL, this one was seriously fun and inspiring!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for the next one? I agree with Sue, hints please? I'm not the world's most patient person...

ReplyDeleteLeticia (knittingmommee)

ReplyDeleteCan't wait for the next one!
Genevieve
I so need to learn how to knit!
ReplyDeleteYay, I sent off that hat to live w/ my MIL so I'm tickled pink I can visit it here :). Thanks for another awesome KAL. And I could not agree more about the Rav group--such a wonderful (and fun!) community. Can't wait for the next KAL!
ReplyDeleteI love the elizabeth hat you made by Jane Richmond! I made the Kathleen but it does not slouch at all even if I used the suggested yarn. It stands up right on my head and I look a bit like a conehead... Did you do something special, like block it on a balloon or something? Thanks you!!!
ReplyDeleteSHANNON!! I love this KAL! I kind of want to be a superstar and make like ten more toques... that's not gonna happen. Thanks for how much fun this is though!
ReplyDeleteeverything is just so lovely! I really want to cast on another fair isle pattern-I'm addicted!!!
