to read some dreamy fairy tales with my little girl and try to get out from..............
under this cloud we have been under this week.....................
to remember what it feels like to do this........
bask in all the gorgeous signs of spring in our lovely city of victoria, bc......
eat a lot, and i mean a lot of cantaloupe and fruit salad, my new fave craving now that salt has become my enemy (damn you swollen legs)....
and to enjoy the company of a friend visiting from out of town who has know me since i was 2, enjoy dinner without kids or hubbies, good girl chat with maybe a bit of gossip thrown in and the comfort of hanging out with someone who has known you through good and bad times without you having to explain all the little things that make you - you.what are you up to this weekend? do you have a friend who has known you your whole life?

Mauri - I feel so bad for you that it is snowing, but happy for us that it's not because usually it's canada bombarded with snow. I hope you can eat fruit soon, I think that's why I want to eat so much of it now due to not eating it for sooo long. I find my pics on tumblr and flickr usually unless I take them myself.

Beautiful images! My friend Jenny & I have known each other our whole lives - our mums were already friends and we were born just 5 weeks apart. Now, over 40 years later, we are still best friends!
